Sharing events & profiles

Every event and every public profile has a Share button. Tap it to get a scannable QR code, a copy-able link, and one-tap buttons for X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, email, your phone's own share sheet, and an in-app Run This message.

Opening the share popup

Tap Share on any event page or public profile. A popup slides up with everything in one place — you never have to hunt for the right link.

The QR code

A scannable QR code sits at the top of the popup. It's perfect for in-person sharing — show it on your phone for someone to scan, or tap it to enlarge it so a whole room can scan at once. Tap Download to save it as an image you can print on a flyer, a race-packet insert, or a start-line sign.

The QR code Run This generates is tagged so we can tell — in your analytics — that a visitor arrived by scanning the official Run This code, as opposed to a QR code you made yourself. You don't have to do anything; it's automatic.

Ways to share

  • Send in Run This — share an event, club, or series straight into a chat with people you follow.
  • Copy link — copies a clean link to paste anywhere.
  • More — opens your device's own share sheet (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, and anything else your phone or Mac offers).
  • X, Threads, Facebook, Email — open that app or site with your link already filled in.
  • Instagram — Instagram doesn't allow direct web sharing, so Run This copies a ready-to-paste caption with the link; open Instagram and paste it into a story, post, or DM.

Sharing a profile

Public profiles have a Share button too, with the same QR code and link options — hand someone your QR at a race and they can follow you on the spot. Clubs, communities, trophies, and feed posts all share the same way from their own Share buttons.
