Embed your club calendar
Show your club's events — what's coming up and what you've already put on — on your own website with a single line of code. It always stays in sync: anything you host, pin, or run on a schedule appears automatically.
Getting your embed code
Open your club, go to the Club Dashboard, and choose Embed Calendar. You'll see a live preview and a Copy code button. Copy the snippet and paste it into your website wherever you can add HTML (a “custom HTML” or “embed” block on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and most site builders).
The code is a simple iframe — no scripts, nothing to maintain. Once it's on your page, it updates itself as your events change; you never have to touch the code again.
Options
- Light or dark — match your website. Use light on white/light pages, dark on black/dark pages.
- Default view — whether visitors first see the Calendar (month grid) or the List (upcoming events top to bottom, with past ones a tap away). They can switch either way with the toggle.
Each option is baked into the code, so pick them first, then copy. To change them later, come back, re-pick, and paste the new code.
What shows on the calendar
- Events you host — any Run This event whose host is your club.
- Events you've pinned — races you've pinned to your club page.
- Your recurring club runs — weekly (or bi-weekly / monthly) group runs show on every matching day, indefinitely into the future. A Tuesday-night run appears on every Tuesday as visitors page ahead. If you move or cancel a specific date, the calendar reflects that.
- Races you've already put on — hosted and pinned events from the past two years stay on the calendar, so visitors paging back can see what your club has done. In list view they sit behind a Past tab; Upcoming is always what opens first.
What your visitors can do
Visitors can switch between calendar and list, page through months, and tap any event to open a card with its details. From there, Register on Run This opens the event's registration (recurring runs show RSVP on Run This instead), and events that register on another site get a second Register button. Those links open in a new tab so your page stays put.
A note on tracking
The embedded calendar uses anonymous tracking so Run This can measure how embeds are used and improve them. It collects nothing from your website and adds no cookies to your site's own analytics — the tracking lives entirely inside the calendar we serve.
