How much does Run This cost?
Nothing for directors. No setup, monthly, or platform fees, and no contract. Athletes pay a small service fee at checkout, so your event nets the price you set. Free events are completely free.
How do payouts work?
Run This never holds your money. Payments go straight into your event's own payout account and reach your bank in a couple of business days.
Can I keep my timing company?
Yes. Invite your timer to the event, or let them pull registrations, bibs, and check-in status live from our Timer API.
Is there really a native app?
Yes, on iOS and Android. Directors manage their race from it. Runners register, follow friends, and watch results land on their profile.
I'm on another platform. Can I switch?
Yes. Export from your current platform and we import it, past participants and all. It takes very little time, and there is no contract.
What about refunds and distance changes?
Both from your dashboard. Refund any amount up to what a runner paid, and let athletes move between distances themselves if you allow it.
What do I need on race morning?
